Qualifications

  • All agents and most service representatives are Life, Accident and Sickness licensed.
  • Licensed support staff must maintain continuing education credits to maintain license in good standing and ensure we are up to date on all industry issues.

What type of reports will be provided and when?

  • You will be provided with claims experience reports at a frequency determined by you and your broker.
  • A full renewal report will be provided and reviewed with your broker prior to the renewal date.
  • The privacy of your employees is essential so we will provide detailed experience reports only to the extent that we can ensure no one employee will be identifiable.
  • Claims reports will detail the types of services being claimed so as to help identify patterns that may be addressed through a wellness program.
